The dining experience felt rushed during busy times, yet the hotel offers a welcoming environment with basic amenities.

Although the hotel needed some cleaning and wall decoration touch-ups, my stay was lovely overall. The location was perfect for my visit to The Vale, cozy despite modern furniture, and situated in Birmingham's knowledge quarter. However, I noticed some areas that could be improved like the dining experience not keeping the hot food topped up and being below standards.
